Saturday, January 5th // 6-9pm

What if we could remember something we lost? What if we remembered what we lost and found expansion? We believe, through mindfulness and consistent grounding practices, this is very much possible. We invite you to join us, as we find our voices, root down, reconnect to heart, and radiate out. Together, we will: create sacred space, set individual and group intentions, drink ceremonial grade cacao, move through gentle – all-levels – yoga flow, engage journal prompts and exercises, and conclude with a guided journey into the realms of sound and vocal healing. (Optional) Hands-on assists will be provided during entry into journey. We will open to the medicine of vibration and using our voices to heal our mind, body, and spirit.

What to bring:

  • If you wish to drink cacao, please bring your favorite mug.
  • Wear comfortable clothing. We will sit, move around, and practice yoga. Stretchy clothes are recommended and layers, as you may get colder/warmer depending on the night.
  • Water bottle.
  • Yoga Mat.
  • Journal/Pen. (Paper + Pen will be provided.)

Disclaimer: Cacao is not a hallucinogenic plant medicine.

Following our journey, there will be space for conversation and insight sharing. For more information regarding cacao, ceremony, and sound healing read below.

What is cacao? It is one of the most powerful yet gentle facilitators, teachers and guides on the planet. It is believed to open the heart and remove bitterness, and it's delicious too! Some sources suggest Cacao use originated as early as 1900 BC by the ancestors of Central America, for health and ceremonial purposes. It's spiritual use continued with the Ancient Mayans and Aztecs. Cacao is used as a vehicle for entering euphoric states, releasing negative emotions, and connecting to pure heart energy. The cacao used tonight is sourced directly from Peru.

A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to deeply connect to yourself and open your heart, in a safe space with healing guides. Cacao is a powerful aid in transformational shifts, whether you are looking to deepen your self-awareness, release bad habits and traumas, or step fully into your highest self. Regardless of your path or where you are on your journey, the intention is yours to set; and the cacao allows you the insight and awareness to move closer towards your truth.

What is sound healing? Sound is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing known to man. The sound waves from particular instruments and voices entrain the brain to move into deeper Theta brain wave frequencies, inducing deep meditative and peaceful states. The sound resonates directly into our cellular memory and energetic body, releasing blocks and creating deep transformation.

Working with our voices for healing helps us to turn towards and tune to our natural vibration. It has the potential to open and heal our hearts and release lifetimes of trauma from the throat center. The voice is used to clear energetic blocks, retrieve energy, and reclaim our personal power.

About Nicole:

Nicole is a shamanic healer, psychic intuitive, medicine woman, and sound healer. She believes in connecting to the sacred and our soul essence to create healing for the mind, body, and spirit.

Nicole was certified as an Intuitive Life Coach in 2014 and shortly after began journeying down a shamanic path, studying with teachers and facilitators from various parts of the world, as well as many different plant medicine allies and teachers. She also completed her training as a Priestess in the Mystery School tradition. Through this path she has remembered her healing gifts and strives to integrate powerful soul healing into grounded expression.

She weaves her musical skills into her healing containers, focusing largely on vocal reclamation; a process of opening and healing the voice as a pathway for transformation and personal liberation. Emotional expression, creative expression, channeling and singing find their way into most of her work. Nicole also incorporates divine feminine embodiment practices, energy healing, transformational coaching, ancestral healing and sacred ceremony to create an experience of deep healing.

Nicole’s mission is to guide each voice back to their innate wholeness, empowerment, and truth.
