The gentle waves of sound baths will guide you into profound states of relaxation and self-alignment, fostering a deep connection with the Earth. This intimate sound bath will feature a rich tapestry of therapeutic sounds, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, rainsticks, and more, all designed to anchor and stabilize your energy.

Parallel to this auditory healing, we honor the sacred tradition of the Cacao Ceremony, a ritual that connects us to the Earth and the heart-opening properties of the cacao plant. In this gathering, we'll create a sacred circle for grounding intentions, offering blessings, and sharing medicinal songs, celebrating cacao’s gifts that help us root deeply into the present moment and the Earth’s nourishing energy.

This ceremony is a celebration of cacao’s physical, energetic, and emotional gifts, inviting us to experience the joy and enchantment inherent in this ancient plant ally.

Open Heart and an Open Mind. Please wear Comfortable Clothing. Your favorite MUG. Journal and Pen. Camping Mat/Sleeping Bag, Comforters/Blankets, Pillows, eye mask, and water.

Sacred items that you would like charged. Could be a precious stone or crystal, feather, piece of jewelry, item with a special memory.
