More about your hosts...

Kendra Sadler, C.Y.T

Kendra is a Louisville-based Yogi, Earth Advocate, 200-hr certified Classical Raja-Hatha Yoga Instructor and Sound Practitioner, and student and teacher at The Inner Warrior. Her offerings are cultivated with an eye toward devotion, earth reverence, and overall wellbeing. She is passionate about sharing her perspective and interpretation of Hatha Yoga while striving to honor and illuminate the roots of the practice.

 Lincoln Snyder, R.Y.T

Lincoln Snyder began his yoga journey in 2013, seeking a deeper sense of peace and connection amid the demands of a busy IT career. What started as a way to manage stress soon became a lifelong path, guiding him toward greater strength, awareness, and purpose. Since 2015, Lincoln has taught yoga classes continuously, sharing holistic Hatha and Yin Yoga in a variety of settings—including twice-weekly classes at The Inner Warrior, a community-funded, donation-based studio, and regular sessions at the MyPath Yoga Festival.

Guided by the belief that what binds us together is greater than what separates us, Lincoln’s teaching is rooted in the journey of liberation and unity. His process centers on the idea that presence leads to awareness, acceptance, and relaxation—opening the door to transformation both on and off the mat.

Lincoln completed his 200-hour teacher training in 2015 and his 300-hour advanced training in 2017 with Shelli Carpenter of Eternal Health Yoga. He also holds a BA in English literature from Kentucky Wesleyan College. Lincoln looks forward to welcoming you to class and sharing the practice that continues to shape his life.
