Saturday, June 20th • 6:00-8:00pm | Guided by Lincoln Snyder at The Inner Warrior Studio (600 Distillery Commons, Suite 250, Louisville KY)
🌞 The summer solstice is the longest day — the sun at its zenith, flooding the world with light before beginning its quiet return. It is a threshold. A fullness. A moment when the outer world burns brightest, and something in us is invited to turn inward and ask: who is the one watching all this light?
🪔 In Samkhya philosophy, there are two great principles: Prakriti — all of nature, everything that moves, changes, rises, and sets — and Purusha — pure Consciousness, the still witness within. The sun will peak and descend. The seasons will turn. But you, the one aware of it all, do not set. Liberation is not an escape from the light show. It is the clarity of knowing you are the one watching it.
🌿 This ceremony will carry you from philosophical grounding into the body, and finally into deep rest — a full arc of remembering. Leave feeling spacious, clear, and rooted in something that the turning of seasons cannot touch.
What you'll receive:
~dharma talk rooted in Samkhya philosophy and the theme of liberation
~yin yoga practice
~yoga nidra (yogic sleep / deep guided rest)
🤲 No prior experience is necessary. All levels of practitioners are welcome.

More about your host...
Lincoln Snyder, R.Y.T
Lincoln Snyder began his yoga journey in 2013, seeking a deeper sense of peace and connection amid the demands of a busy IT career. What started as a way to manage stress soon became a lifelong path, guiding him toward greater strength, awareness, and purpose. Since 2015, Lincoln has taught yoga classes continuously, sharing holistic Hatha and Yin Yoga in a variety of settings—including twice-weekly classes at The Inner Warrior, a community-funded, donation-based studio, and regular sessions at the MyPath Yoga Festival.
Guided by the belief that what binds us together is greater than what separates us, Lincoln’s teaching is rooted in the journey of liberation and unity. His process centers on the idea that presence leads to awareness, acceptance, and relaxation—opening the door to transformation both on and off the mat.
Lincoln completed his 200-hour teacher training in 2015 and his 300-hour advanced training in 2017 with Shelli Carpenter of Eternal Health Yoga. He also holds a BA in English literature from Kentucky Wesleyan College. Lincoln looks forward to welcoming you to class and sharing the practice that continues to shape his life.
