1. Event Details

Agreement 1. Event Details 

Client: Wieland Inc ℅ Erin Bettz 

Service Provider: Sabine Gaona / The Inner Warrior LLC 

Event: (1-2) 45-minute Sound Bath(s)

Date: 5/6/2026 

Time: 9:30am-10:15am ; 10:45am-11:30am

Location: 4803 Olympia Park Plz, Suite 3000 | Louisville, KY 40241 

Number of Attendees: Up to 40 in each session.

 

2. Payment Terms

Total Fee:

$600/ for 1 session

$1000/ for 2 sessions

Decision on whether 1 or 2 sessions by April 22th.

Due: 50% down payment by April 22th.

Payment in full due prior to the event.

3. Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels with more than 72 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued.

If canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled event, 50% of the fee will be retained.

If canceled within 24 hours, the full fee is non-refundable.

 

4. Responsibilities

The Service Provider will:

- Arrive 45 minutes prior to setup

  • Provide instruments and facilitation for a Sound Bath.

The Client agrees to:

- Provide access to the event space at least 45 minutes before the session- Ensure the space is quiet, clean, and suitable for relaxation

  • Provide a point of contact on site.

 

5. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur on the Client's premises during the event.

 

6. Agreement & Signatures

By purchasing, both parties agree to the terms stated above.
